Claim your listing!My friend was having a bit of a mental health struggle and was admitted here without consent or communication. She was sent here not understanding why or even where she was going. She was not allowed to have anything from home to comfort her and had extremely limited ability to communicate with the outside world. I've spent a night in jail and had more freedom than she did. Putting someone in an environment like this does NOT promote better mental health. It makes them feel humiliated and uncomfortable. I'm incredibly proud of her for pushing through this experience long enough to come home.

They do not offer the psychiatric services to the community and ltc facilities as stated. The ER will tell you they do not have psychiatrists on staff to evaluate patients at all times.So why are they stating they are impatient/outpatient psychiatric care if there are no psychiatrists to evaluate and treat? People don't have mental health issues at the convenience of doctors. There is no such thing at RMC as round the clock mental health care and the ER doctors will tell you that.
