BE TRANSPARENT TO YOUR CLIENTS Their facility is nice, but I will not put my daughter to this place ever again. From my own experience, my daughter got assessed just ONCE for 1 hour, and then the following days they claimed that they wrote a “8 hour report” for 5 consecutive days (my daughter is not even there) and they charged the insurance which make us pay the co-pay as well, My daughter only attended only 1 day with 3 hour session, and when the bill came, they charged us for $396. We pulled out my daughter right away and sent a report to the insurance. And the insurance agreed with us. Never again. BE TRANSPARENT TO YOUR CLIENTS! DON’T SURPRISE US FOR A VERY EXPENSIVE BILL! You have to tell us all the transactions you will made beforehand.This company is very shady.

My experience with this company was not very positive. Unfortunately, the provider did not show up for the scheduled appointment and we did not receive any notice by text or email. The schedule had already been confirmed, so I hope they can improve communication in the future and notify parents in advance if there are any changes.

My son has been attending Star Future for a few years. They are very professional, positive, patient, collaborative and friendly with kids. As parent, we feel included in the process and very comfortable. My son has made significant improvement. We love the therapists, especially Mr.Ronald.

My 6 years old child is autistic. He used to attended ABA with another provider in Hayward for 3 years which used to had an amazing BCBA. This summer, Kaiser assigned Star Future as my son’s new ABA provider. My son has been here for 3 months now. His New BCBA Ron is so professional, so kind. My son really loves the way how Ron works with him. Our new RBT Joshua is so patient. Last week, my son was invited to the Halloween’s party during his ABA session which was amazing! And the management team speak Chinese is a Plus for Chinese immigrants like me.
