The coordination and support we’ve received are second to none, making the entire process smoother and more manageable for our family. A special shout-out to Ramella, who is arguably the best Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the world. Her dedication, compassion, and genuine concern for the well-being and progress of each child under her care are truly remarkable. Ramella doesn’t just see a number in a file – she sees the potential in every child and works tirelessly to bring out the best in them. Her collaborative efforts with families and her ability to tailor individualized plans have made an immense impact on our child’s development. As long as Stellar ABA is an option, I would never consider enrolling my child in the Head Start program at CCSD or any other pre-K/kindergarten programs. We received our referral from Dr. Savarese for the early intervention program at Stellar. I called and spoke to John about the enrollment process, waitlist etc. He told me to complete the client form on the website and upload all the documents, so that clinical would be able to access my child’s profile. A few days later, I received an email from Ramella to get started, which surprised me because we have Medicaid. I told Ramella that I had major concerns with my experiences with CCSD and Child Find. I told her that I was looking for transparency and effective ABA. I wanted to see results, progress, and overall growth. At CCSD we had long-term subs and the aides were in charge of working with the kids. The classroom was packed and there wasn’t enough staff for the kids (10 kids and 2 adults). CCSD wasn’t able to potty train or work on ABA programs, which was disappointing. It felt like a waste of time! Stellar ABA is exactly what I was looking for! It’s unbelievable! There is a 1:1 ratio of trained ABA therapists, and the schedule is very structured. I’m able to get a hold of Ramella any time of the day, and I get pictures and videos throughout the day. The best part is that I have access to their data collection, so I get to see the goals, the data for the day, and the progress! I want to keep Stellar to myself, but so many kids with Autism will benefit from her clinic! She is amazing at ABA!

The early intervention clinic is what Las Vegas needs! Ramella’s commitment to ABA, her wonderful RBTs, and the great energy at the clinic is unparalleled. When I said that my kiddo was not toilet trained, didn’t use a lot of verbal language, and social skills were lacking, Ramella said “I accept the challenge!!” Ramella is super knowledgeable, has the best patience, always checks in with me about parent goals and overall progress AND she is funny! Every little step counts!! GET ON THE WAITLIST, GET WITH STELLAR ABA!

My child has been attending the early intervention clinic at Stellar ABA since October 2022 with Medicaid/HPN, and his daily progress completely blows me away. When we first started with Stellar, we were new to ABA. Four weeks later, I terminated the speech, OT, and feeding therapies so we could be with Ramella full-time! Ramella's programs and the super-committed RBTs have positively impacted our family's life; the milestones keep coming! For new families, don't hesitate to start with Stellar; they are the best in the valley! Ramella is kind, funny,supportive, and always available. Again, call them and get on their waitlist! Life changing!

The clinic at Stellar ABA is amazing! They offer an early intervention program that is similar to the CCSD KIDS program, but they have something better…1:1 RBT ratio, Ramella Lee as the captain of the ship, and very experienced and professional RBTs. My kiddo started as “non verbal” with severe tantrum behaviors. We have been going every weekday for 6 months now, and we are true believers of ABA and Ramella. There has been great progress and no problems with our insurance (Medicaid/HPN). If you get a call or email from Stellar-don’t hesitate! With the small client ratio for the clinic, we are truly blessed!
