I cannot say enough great things about this organization and the people working here. I thought it would be best to have my daughter receive services at home when my daughter was first diagnosed to be on the spectrum. However, after a few months we found ourselves looking for a place where our daughter could be around other children. Our daughter began coming to school here in February of this year and I am so thankful that we found them. My daughter goes 5 days a week for 1.5 hours. They rotate the teachers each week to spend one-on-one time with the kids. They rotate group activities and individual activities, and it operates similar to a school with their scheduling. They truly care about each one of the kids and I have seen improvements in my own daughter over the time. Thank you to ACP for making a difference in our lives.

Andrei from ACP-EI is wonderful!! ! Thanks to him, my non verbal son is making more sounds and has improved tremendously. This agency is very thorough and involved. The managers check in with parents to see how things are going. The staff is punctual, precise and proficient. They have several different locations which is convenient for people in various boroughs.

Don't waste your time calling them for services for your child. They'll enroll you, have you wait a month or 2 for a therapist, collect your money and insurance, and then your therapist will leave. Reese, the Family Liaison, rudely told us that we should seek out another agency after our second therapist left, without even offering to assist us in finding a replacement for my son. Every agency has waiting periods, and this one has been a complete disappointment. Terrible.
