Total waste of 90 minutes of time. They don't accept anything but Trillium. Which they knew UPFRONT. Instead of interrupting continuously the counselor should be quiet and learn to LISTEN

My child has been getting virtual therapy which has helped her but their billing practices are disturbing. Since the end of last year till now my family understood that the insurance was covering the therapy. Then at the beginning of February this month we get one invoice with all of the charges of her sessions for the past four/five months. We were never made aware that they had been piling up. We never received a text, email, or mail regarding our past due invoices besides the one we just got. And now I've been trying to call their billing Dept and after a few prompts and about ten minutes of ringing it goes straight to voicemail. My emails have gone unanswered. My voicemails have not been returned.
