The BCBA who did all the work resigned the same she handed out my son's treatment plan. I had the director calling to apologize and appointed a new BCBA. Also she reassured that we would be in good hands.

The Spanish lady who answered the phone today was more worried about it driving than listening to help our family. I then kept repeating myself as she claimed she could not hear. I asked her several times if she was driving because that’s why she cannot hear me she refused to answer me.
