I loved this place, Susan and most of the staff are beyond fantastic. Until today, I received an email informing me that I owe them $170. I contacted the office and spoke to the office manager who informed me that I had a copayment for each session that I didn’t pay. I asked her how long was I going to the facility and the answer is more than four months. I was prescribed physical therapy in a pool that I very grateful for. I need to trace 30 miles and over an hour each to attend sessions due to the fact there there aren’t any facilities near my home.
