Used that our new insurance wasn’t under there coverage even though he has fees for service Medicaid that would still pay due to no provider available. Therapy went down after new people came 6 months ago, no regular BCBA visits or updates and call ins constant.

This isnt a good place to find a counseller. It is very cold in the waiting room with lots of children on the floor. The lady i saw wasn't very good and they dont even have a bathroom. I am going to try another place.
