I love it here, every moment is an engaging learning experience for myself and the clients! The coworkers are amazing and supportive, they're always there to help. I love the care put into the client's wellbeing and progress, as well as prioritizing that they're having fun and enjoying being there! It's wonderful to see smiling faces come in and ready to learn, truly a wonderful place.

Texas Young Autism Project is outstanding! Its individualized programming is a game-changer. The center takes every detail into account to create plans that help kids reach their fullest potential. As a family-run center, it treats everyone like family, and it shows. What makes the Texas Young Autism Project stand out is its family-run nature. They go above and beyond to make every family feel welcome and supported. The staff is incredible—kind, compassionate, and detail-oriented.

I loved my time working here as an ABA Therapist. TYAP has managed to create a positive, familial environment for clients and employees alike. As a former employee, I assure you that you couldn't find a better place for your children to be treated and loved as though they were your own.

TYAP had pros and cons like any workplace. High employee turn over rate is one. Because of this, the client's suffer and have inconsistency. There were many times we had to be "doubled up" with clients, meaning they did not receive their 1:1. Pay was also low. How can a company expect the therapists to provide the best therapy possible if they can't even provide for themselves... However, the clients are truly amazing to work with.I absolutely loved working with them and miss them. TYAP, did give me great experience in the ABA field, which I am still apart of at a different clinic. I hope they improve their work environment so the clients can truly grow and be all they can be.

This is undoubtedly one of the best employment experiences I have had. During my occupation within this institution, I have been provided many opportunities, and taught A LOT!!! Due to ethical issues, I am unable to note particular incidences of positive behavior modification. However, I can personally attest for the quality of the service provision offered by TYAP practitioners. Keep fighting the good fight.
