Achievement Therapy has been an incredible experience for our family. Ariel and Ashley have been absolutely amazing with my son—he genuinely looks forward to his weekly speech and OT sessions! They bring so much care, patience, and have built a strong sense of trust with my son. Brittanee, the administrator, is always friendly, helpful, and excellent with communication. Hannah, the office manager, is so kind, supportive, and welcoming every time we walk in the door. I highly recommend Achievement Therapy to anyone seeking compassionate and professional services. In one year, we went through at least 5 OTs. Every time we received a new OT, it was a surprise. No word ahead of time. We finally thought we found a good OT, and we're told we couldn't see her until our daughter was reassessed by another OT. We scheduled an appointment for that assessment. Right before coming to the appointment, I confirmed via phone call that she was getting an assessment. I received a confirmation. At the end of her appointment, the OT said it was her first day, she had no idea our daughter saw a different OT, and that she had no idea she was supposed to get assessed. After a year of giving them the benefit of the doubt, the management clearly needs to see that while well-intentioned, what they've done to at least my child, is extremely destructive.
