When trying to withdraw my child from the conner group due to several concerns that, I'm sure they nor myself want on the internet, I got to see just how unprofessional and uncaring this establishment truly is. If being concerned for my child's health and safety makes me the bad guy then thats what I will be, after disclosing my reasons for pulling him out I was encountered with what can only be described as hostility and them claiming I was being accusatory when just stating the facts of the situation and that his progress was drastically declining instead of improving to the extent his other therapies began to notice, to be told a decrease in his progress was normal and to be expected which coincidentally only began after an incident with his therapist at this establishment. Due to the sensitivity of what happend and my child's privacy I will not be posting what happend here but anyone is more than welcome to reach out to me and see messages and hear about what happend. As a mother of a nonverbal child his health and safety is first and foremost and its my job as his mother to protect him if I feel something is not right. Declining at the rate where his other therapies have even noticed is not normal or to be expected like I was told. I am hoping this review can offer other parents a glimpse into how this establishment handles things and is run to make better informed decisions about your child and their potential for improvement when using this establishment.

I feel compelled to share my deeply troubling experience with The Conner Group for Pediatric Therapies in Tifton. My son has been receiving services there for almost two years, and I have always tried to approach his therapy with the utmost care and consideration. Unfortunately, recent events have led me to believe that the organization is lacking in both moral ethics and sound decision-making, which I find not only disheartening but deeply concerning for any parent considering their services. Last month, I experienced a frightening and aggressive encounter while driving to pick up my son. As I was on my way to the clinic, I was repeatedly pursued and aggressively tailgated by another driver, who attempted to run me off the road several times. This dangerous pursuit continued for about two miles before the driver eventually sped past me and disappeared into traffic. Still shaken by the event, I approached the clinic with caution, remaining vigilant for any signs of the aggressive driver. Upon arriving at the clinic, I proceeded with the usual routine of picking up my son. As I walked toward the door, I saw the same man rapidly pull into the parking lot and exit his vehicle. Recognizing the threat, I immediately informed the clinic staff of the situation. The man was subsequently asked to leave the premises. Following this incident, I had a conversation with my son's therapist, who informed me that the man involved was the father of another child receiving services at the clinic. She assured me that she would speak with the clinic director about the situation. However, the response I received from the director was deeply disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. The director informed me that the other parent had been spoken to and that he claimed I had cut him off in traffic, which he used to justify his aggressive behavior. The director then stated that the clinic would not take any further action, as the incident occurred off-property. This response completely disregarded the fact that the man had followed me to the clinic and that his actions posed a clear and present danger to my safety and the safety of others. What is even more concerning is that the clinic has a strict policy regarding parent behavior, which states that any parent who engages in aggressive or threatening behavior will be immediately discharged from the program. Yet, in this instance, the clinic chose to ignore their own policy and allow this individual to continue receiving services, despite his clear violation of their rules. This decision not only undermines the safety and well-being of the children and families who rely on The Conner Group for Pediatric Therapies but also raises serious questions about the organization's commitment to ethical and responsible practices. As a parent, I expect the professionals entrusted with my child's care to prioritize safety and uphold the highest standards of conduct. Unfortunately, my experience with The Conner Group has left me deeply disillusioned and concerned for the well-being of the children in their care. I strongly urge any parent considering The Conner Group for Pediatric Therapies to carefully evaluate their policies and practices before entrusting them with their child's care. The safety and well-being of our children should always be the top priority, and it is clear that this organization has failed to uphold that standard in this instance.

Our child went here for almost 3 years. There isn’t a staff that cares more about helping the children. They have done wonders with our child that has help set them on the right path in life. I’m not sure why there low reviews from people. All the parents we have met with kids at the clinic had been extremely happy. Keep up the amazing work and thank you so much. Also proof in the success of this clinic is Grace, Archana and the entire team. The ability to keep staff, no other clinics you will go to have the same team on board almost 3 years after starting. Most can’t keep the for 6 months

ART has been a true blessing for our family. From day one, the staff welcomed us with kindness, understanding, and professionalism. Our child has grown in ways we never imagined — learning to communicate, connect, and thrive. The techs are patient and truly care, and the support we’ve received as parents has made all the difference. We are beyond grateful for ART!

We have been with ART for 4 years now and we love it! My son was diagnosed a little before his 2nd birthday and I had no clue what Autism was nor did I know anyone that had it. I was clueless on where to start. I called ART and right away I felt heard and they took my son and my family in. As a mom leaving your child let alone your non verbal child with just anyone is so scary but the staff are so amazing! The communication with the staff and especially BCBA is very open and frequent. The academic program has been a true blessing. The parent trainings, support groups, outings and the new soccer team have all been a true blessing. They truly go above and beyond for not only my Ausome son but my whole family. They have gone with me to haircuts, doctor appointments, grocery stores and our home to help and give me tips so that we don’t become prisoners of our own home. I can not recommend them enough! I tell my BCBA that I enjoy watching the techs interact with my son bc I not only learn a lot and take tips away but I can see the love they pour into my son. My son is who he is bc of Art and they are my son 2nd family and in part our family. Art has been a huge blessing and they continue to be a part of story 💜

A.R.T. has been an absolute game changer for our family! Their knowledge and expertise is second to none when caring for children with Autism. They are committed to providing resources to families to excel at home and have created community spaces for families to thrive together! We are constantly blessed by these angels who work for A.R.T. and who love on our family! Bonus Review: A.R.T. is now hosting athletic programs and activities in the McKinney/Prosper area for children to practice social skills outside of clinic, develop gross motor skills, build supportive community relationships, and a opportunity to have fun and be celebrated! Go Sharks! If you are seeking help and need a place to support your child with Autism, I would highly recommend A.R.T. and the amazing team that not only cares for the children, but the entire family!

My child has attended Sovereign Care Services' after-school program and received ABA services for over two years, and it has truly been life-changing. The therapeutic approach is tailored to individual needs, and I’ve seen remarkable growth in my child, particularly in his ability to express his feelings without frustration. The program balances structured activities with free expression, creating a safe and comfortable environment. Communication has been excellent, with regular updates from the staff keeping me informed about my child's progress and any areas where he might need additional support. The therapists are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate. They have taken the time to build a rapport with my child, fostering a strong sense of trust. The facility is well-maintained and inviting, enhancing the children's sense of security. I highly recommend Sovereign Care Services for any parent seeking effective therapeutic services. The expert guidance and nurturing atmosphere have positively impacted my child's life.
