Premier Speech is truly outstanding. The staff is consistently warm, courteous, and professional — they make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. Dr. Allen is knowledgeable and genuinely attentive. She takes her time to listen, explains things clearly, and makes sure you feel informed and comfortable with your care. You can tell she cares about getting the best outcomes for her patients. The therapy team is phenomenal — skilled, patient, and genuinely invested in their clients’ progress. They tailor each session to individual needs, celebrate milestones, and create an encouraging environment that makes therapy feel productive and manageable. If you’re looking for a place where expertise meets compassion, Premier Speech and Swallowing Solutions LLC is absolutely a 5-star choice. I highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was our first time seeking help for my son’s speech delay, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I specifically requested a Spanish-speaking therapist since Spanish is his primary language, but I felt judged for even asking. No one seemed to respect what I, as his mother, knew was best. Before any testing began, the therapist talked endlessly about unrelated things, wasting time instead of learning about us and our goals. When she did engage with my son, she spoke only in English knowing he doesn’t understand it and said things like “You need to use your words” “you need to say what you want” when he didn’t respond. Completely inappropriate for a two-year-old who is learning. She also made unnecessary, condescending remarks to me like, “Your English is so beautiful,” which made no sense since English is my first language. I was confused on what she tried to imply with that. Then, without warning, she told me my son’s pediatrician had marked him for autism something I had never been told. When I said I was surprised, she said they weren’t legally required to tell me. That was shocking and unacceptable. I called our pediatrician right after, who confirmed she had only noted “speech delay” and had no idea where that autism comment came from. She was upset and said no such diagnosis existed in his record. We left feeling dismissed and disrespected. No one said goodbye or offered help as I carried my sleeping son out. The room had been hot the whole session, and they only turned on the AC after we left. Completely unprofessional from start to finish. Please find a provider who actually cares about your child not just collecting an insurance check.

My son has been coming here for a little while (gave it some time so this review would be fair) the therapist are so sweet and welcoming. My son loves coming every week and talks about how fun and smart he is getting. He has a small stutter so we brought him here and he has been improving slowly but definitely improving. I will give it more time then come and update this review with more results. I give it a 5 stars for sure!

My 3yo son started therapy this year in February. Dr. Allen was very welcoming and reassuring that my son was in good hands. His therapist Bridgette has done an amazing job with him. I’ve noticed the difference and growth in such a short span of time. He’s always excited to go and now is confident to initiate conversations. The whole team is amazing! Highly recommend
