Not recommend at all. Lack of communication, unprofessional, no parent coaching, always delay with their duties. Technician need to train more.

RUN! This company is only out for the money they can get out of your child. They will change techs on you regularly and with little or no notice. You as the parent will have no say in your child's treatment. Any concern you raise will be placated but there will be "nothing they can do." The billing is a joke, be ready for large amounts charged to your card out of nowhere. You can't get a person on the phone from billing if you try. The techs are wonderful but they can only do so much. Its a top down problem, starting with the director all the way to the BCBA's. I have been dealing with the ABA community for a long time and I can tell you that this one is the worst of the worst.
