I am an adult client for speech therapy with Dr. Gretchen Findlay, and I've been going to her for about two years. She is very knowledgeable about the function of speech and helps you get to the root problem of why you're struggling. While working with her, I realized that I had a tongue tie that went overlooked until adulthood, and getting it fixed improved my quality of life not just with speech but also with sleep. She also has good customer service and very comfortable to work with. She is patient and very nice person. Another great (but often overlooked) thing is that Dr. Findlay has a good network of other providers she knows and works with. I was able to find a good periodontist and an orthodontist through her, and they made a big difference as well in helping my speech. I recommend Dr. Findlay and her team of other speech therapists for both children and adults.

I could not possibly put into words how fantastic the employees are at this pediatric therapy center. I have been to a lot of Avita facilities all over this area of Ohio and have never been more impressed with the staff like I am here. They are all very polite and friendly and amazing to work with even the ones that don't see my son specifically take time to tell him hi and check on him. From Miss Shirley at the front desk to the therapists we have not had a better experience anywhere else. Miss Shirley is very friendly and she works with schedules and handling patient care as best as possible. She is also very friendly and caring and makes you feel like you are really part of a family here. We have had the pleasure of getting to know Miss Allison and Mr Rick and now Miss Christina! Miss Allison is great and she became a real true friend of mine while helping teach my son not only how to roll over, but crawl, and walk as well. Mr Rick has became a real true friend of mine and my husband's as well as he has helped teach my son to not toe walk and to realize the different sensations of various items and getting to understand his feet and balance better. Miss Christina is new for us as she is working with us for speech therapy reasons she has so far been amazing as well and I can't wait to see what the future holds for not only my son's care and learning but me and my husband's friendships as well. If you need your child to be seen and assessed for any type of therapy needs This is the place to go hands down. 100% could not recommend a better facility. If I could give higher than a five-star I would. We started our care in June of 2023 and are continuing.....

From the Receptionist Shirley who makes you feel welcomed & apart of family to the therapists! We have a 3 yr old son who goes weekly for all of his therapy needs in 1 visit, as of now physical, speech & soon to be occupational. We appreciate them & thank them for their support & care.

My daughter has gone here for almost two years. The staff is amazing and supportive. They treat every child like their own and genuinely enjoy the work they do here. Looking forward to seeing my little one continue to grow and push herself with this staff rooting her on!
