I would give a lower rating if I could. I was originally very excited for the position I was paired with, but the onboarding team became very annoying very quickly. Multiple messages daily treating me like I don't understand the process or needed additional help constantly. Many times telling me things I know I filled out were not filled out and acting as though I did it incorrectly. Then this week, I am very sick and let them know I can't talk on the phone and don't feel up to working on onboarding... They messaged me multiple times every day after saying they would reach out next week to check on me. I do not understand the way they work, and it left a bad taste in my mouth about working for them. I took myself out of the situation today and told them good luck elsewhere basically because this was a very unpleasant experience. The best part of this was interviewing with the school directly, and I guess I could just try to contact them myself and tell them what happened... This was awful, very frustrating and felt like I was being nagged constantly.

I worked for this company for 3 months and they fired me with no warning and no cause. They lack support, communication and don’t value you as a worker. And if you are ever sick , they only give you one day off and don’t care about your mental or physical health. I was a good worker and actually did my job right and was consistent.
