The Therapy Place of La Crosse

We’ve utilized Coastal for about 10 months and although the BCBA we are working with is amazing, my kiddo has had so many different therapists over the course of 10 months. I feel like a lot of progress has been lost due to the change in staff. EVERYTIME someone new is hired, my kiddo gets this person. So not only are they learning company policies and sometimes even how to be an RBT, they have to learn my kiddos plan of care. If I could go back and fo things differently, I would have had her here but for less hours so we could have done more work at home. Everyone is nice and like I said, the BCBAs are great just the inconsistency was difficult for me and my kiddo. She is almost 8 and because of this, I’ve decided to enroll her back in school in the fall.

Wish i could give them 10 stars! My son is 7 and has been with Coastal since he was 2. They have helped us so much! Everyone has been kind, upbeat and genuinely care about their clients. No better feeling leaving your nonverbal child in the care of people you trust. It’s truly amazing how far my son has come since he started. We love them!
