Thrive has wonderful trainings and trainers. We had the pleasure of working with Anne. She was quick to respond and had thorough communication. Her presentation was informative and easy to understand. One of the best trainings we have had in years! Follow up: We had Anne return for a second training around Neurodiverse children in the classroom. My team came away with some may usable techniques to take directly to their classrooms. They are using those techniques and already noticing a huge difference in student behavior.

Dr. Allen is an exceptional provider, and our experience from start to finish was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how thoughtful the entire practice is—the clinic itself is beautiful, welcoming, and truly kid-friendly, which made a big difference for our family. Dr. Allen is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. She took the time to complete a very thorough developmental and behavioral assessment, including a careful review of outside records and behavioral rating scales that she personally requested from multiple sources. It was evident how much care and attention she put into understanding the full picture, not just isolated concerns. At the end of the visit, Dr. Allen provided evidence-based, insightful, and practical recommendations that felt tailored specifically to our child. We also received a detailed and comprehensive consult report afterward, which was invaluable in helping us move forward with clarity and confidence. Scheduling appointments was refreshingly easy, and we were able to receive care in a timely manner—something that can be difficult to find. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and we feel incredibly grateful to have worked with Dr. Allen. I would highly recommend her to any family seeking thoughtful, thorough, and compassionate care.

We have been looking for a Doctor who could see my son (Autism, ADHD) and answer to any questions. In the search for that level of care another physician mentioned Dr. Allen- we went ahead and called and made an appointment for an initial evaluation. I was surprised in how thorough and detail care of Dr. Allen- she prepared herself very well and she knew all the medical issues that my son had. The clinic was immaculate and even though that the appointment was long it felt that went fast. She answered all our questions- made a treatment plan based on my sons needs. I found somebody that will help me navigate his care in a more organize matter and more accessibility- I can talk to her and not to a nurse or a front desk, this is a big peace of mind. I will highly recommend her if you are looking to a more personalized care.

Dr. Allen is incredible! I've had suspicions regarding my daughter for years, and it finally came to a point where answers were needed. Waitlists at hospitals and other clinics are years long. We were able to see Dr. Allen in about a month. She was thorough, kind, detailed, professional, compassionate, and an all around lovely human. She was not only able to diagnose the issue but also provide resources, information, and an action plan to get started. My husband and I left feeling like we finally had answers, and while it's all a bit overwhelming, it would have been made infinitely worse had it not been for the care Dr. Allen provided. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Allen for all behavioral and developmental pediatric needs.

We absolutely loved our experience with Dr. Allen! Our school district wanted to do a re-evaluation of our child’s diagnosis, so we did our research to find the best provider — and we’re so glad we found Dr. Allen. Scheduling was super easy, and we were able to get an appointment pretty quickly (with enough time to gather all the paperwork we needed). The clinic is beautiful, clean, and very kid-friendly — our child felt comfortable right away, which made a big difference. Dr. Allen is so knowledgeable, kind, and really takes the time to listen. She never brushed off any of our concerns and did a very thorough developmental and behavioral assessment (it was a 4-hour eval!). Before the appointment, she even explained what to expect and how to prepare — which we really appreciated. She reviewed outside records and collected feedback from multiple sources to really understand our child’s needs. At the end of the visit, she gave us thoughtful and realistic recommendations that truly felt tailored to our family. She was so empathetic and helped us feel confident about the next steps. We also received a detailed and thorough report that will be so helpful moving forward. We’re just so grateful for Dr. Allen’s care, compassion, and expertise. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their families. Highly, highly recommend!

Dr. Allen was absolutely amazing with my daughter! Her evaluations are long, but she is so patient and very thorough and you get a medical diagnoses all in one day. I was nervous about it at first because the first evaluation my daughter had at a different facility did not go well and I felt like I left with nothing. But Dr. Allen is great! I would very highly recommend her to anybody!
