I reached out to treatment associates for help with alcohol dependency. I was set up for an appointment with Amber. The appointment date and time came and went no contact from her or the agency for weeks. When I called to reschedule, I was told that she claimed she had contacted me no less than four or five times which was just not true. An absolute joke.

Absolutely no compassion or respect for patients rights. They literally just neglected treatment to a patient who has maintained sobriety. Absolutely zero compassion to hear what the patient has to say, and the doctor refuses to speak to said patient. Do better, maintaining sobriety is what this place is suppose to support!!!

I am very frustrated that I had not seen my counselor since November and that no one reached out from this agency to inform me that she had moved on from this agency. I was never informed until I messaged the counselor near February to schedule. Very disappointing, as I was a client for over 2 years and no one reached out.

The negative experience that I had here was so horrible and went on for so long that I have a difficult time knowing where to start. I saw a therapist here named Lauren for over two years. During that time, I became made aware that the practice owed me hundreds of dollars. I had been persistently requesting that my account be balanced for months and months. It was frustrating to go in and out of therapy appointments trying to solve the situation, and to keep being given the runaround by both my therapist and the billing person Jamie. At one point early on in this process before I had really even started asking too many questions, my therapist suddenly told me she was going to introduce me to Jamie to figure things out. The entire point of a therapy office is to be in a location or environment that feels "safe," friendly, welcoming, accepting… Clearly, Jamie was not briefed on any of this as she was nothing but rude to me in a short interaction where she was bluntly being as unhelpful as humanly possible. The entire interaction was entirely pointless as all she did was tell me to call my insurance... My therapist just stood there. Then, to hear them gossiping behind my back as I am walking out was also unpleasant, but I let it go. After that, I asked Lauren for Jamie's email, which Lauren gave to me. After sending the email, I received no response. At a later appointment, I told Lauren that Jamie never responded and that still nothing has been fixed and that I thought she was rude. Lauren sighed, and stated Jamie being rude is "often the feedback." Her words. Finally, after over a year of them owing me money, Jamie finally got back to me. Except, I still never received $100 back and for months I kept on asking, to eventually be told by Lauren that Jamie said it was impossible. Essentially, they lost $100 of my money. I was upset because this is a therapy office, and all I have been dealing with for months now is a silly conflict that no one will solve. I then emailed the owner Dr. Pelphrey, what I had been through. The woman called my personal phone, talked to me for 30 minutes, apologized and PROMISED ME that my therapist would have the $100 that was still owed waiting for me at my next session and that if anything ever happened again to please contact her. She also stated that she had a complaint from another therapist that said Jamie was rude, so clearly she knows Jamie can be seen as rude. At my next appointment, Lauren had absolutely no idea that I had talked to Dr. Pelphrey nor that I was waiting on $100. Didn't Dr. Pelphrey promise me that she would have it? And weeks later my therapist has no clue? I emailed Dr. Pelphrey again and told her that even her conduct now at this point is poor and it explains why I had the initial problems in the first place because communication at this office is clearly poor. She sent me a rather condescending email pretty much deflecting all blame from herself. Months later, Lauren tells me that Dr. Pelphrey thinks I should see a male therapist based off my emails to her as she thinks that me having a negative opinion of her makes me somehow a dangerous/aggressive person and that I might not be safe for Lauren to be around. No part of my communication to Dr. Pelphrey was ever over-the-top aggressive. It was just highly critical. She knows nothing about me outside of those two emails, but tried to stereotype me as an aggressive male who should only see male therapists. What? Lauren then referred me to a Dr. Ward, who is the co-owner of the practice and is Dr. Pelphrey's partner. Lauren pretends to not see how that referral is insanely inappropriate, and then essentially just abandoned me with no other options. I promise this practice is a mess and the administrative staff can not communicate and they know it. They stereotyped me, profiled me based off my gender, ruined my relationship with my therapist, and abandoned me with no hesitation. Other practices do not let such situations occur. Do yourself a favor and just go someplace else

Not a real psychologist. Contacted them for psychological testing for police academy. Had no idea what I was talking about. Not helpful.
