More than two years ago my child came to the top of the wait-list. It was the final year he was age-eligible for his favorite rec classes. I did not enroll him because I wanted to be sure our schedule was 100% available to begin therapy since we'd been waitlisted other places for years and every place either lost their list or their providers. Unfortunately, despite being informed I needed to complete paperwork, the owner of the company ignored all of my calls as well as emails to send it! So I picked up the forms myself before they closed, completed them, and drove them back immediately the next day. (The building smelled strongly of mold both days.) The entire summer passed and she never once returned a single call or email despite having received all of the paperwork. Not only did my child miss out on the whole summer of activities no longer available to him, he STILL has not received therapy and is only on becoming worse off. It takes one minute to send off a reply to an email and only a matter of minutes to return a call. It took more time completing and disclosing all of our personal information then it would have taken her to do her job. Do not waste your time with this place. Top of the list is the top of the list... But not here.

This review is long overdue. Trio Academy is an incredible place for children with ASD. Their buildings are filled love, passion and dedication. My son started full time with them in June around 4 years old. They have helped my son grow and learn how to deal with his disability. His speech was really rough before we were blessed with working with them. He's learned how to pronounce his words and communicate with everyone clearly. He has learned how to deal with his meltdowns from being over stimulated. The entire team here is an absolute blessing to everyone. They have taught myself how to interact and teach my son. We love the entire team soo much and can't express our thanks to them enough. Angela and her team will help teach you and your child and will help you thru the process of getting all the help you need. My sincere thanks goes out to Angela, Kim, Amanda, Amos, Kat, Erica, Jacob, Sammi, Karly, Lizzy and everyone else who has made such an incredible impact on my families life. Thank you all soo much!

As a parent of 2 boys that are on the autism spectrum I am so lucky they go to Trio. I've gone to other ABA therapy centers and also have done in home therapy for many years but Trio has something special. My boys LOVE the staff there. I recommend Trio to everyone!
