Everyone is super sweet and welcoming. Everyone is great with the kids and communication is great with parents. I think it is important to know that they do work really hard to build relationships from the beginning. They are big on wanting for the kids to communicate their own needs instead of making them. It eventually builds their independence. They are great! Even when we hit a bump in the road they are always one step ahead with a game plan!
