My interactions with the director Carman have been deeply concerning. On multiple occasions, the director has demonstrated a lack of familiarity with basic client information, including parents' names and account details. This lack of organization is unacceptable and raises serious questions about the security and proper management of client accounts. Furthermore, I am deeply troubled by the director's apparent ability to unilaterally revoke access to my child's account without providing any evidence or justification. This arbitrary exercise of power is both unacceptable and potentially harmful. The communication from the director and other staff has consistently been unprofessional and dismissive. Requests for clarification and factual information regarding allegations made against me have been met with rudeness and a lack of substantive response.
