I’ve been with the Vinfen Pact team for so long more than twenty years without no help!!! They put me on psych meds and tell me to use coping skills. If I tell the truth to them they would put me in a crisis stabilization unit or even worse psych ward!!! They’re toying with me for all these years

Centria autism has been life changing for my little one. He has only been there 2 months and I see so many changes already. The staff is so polite and always very thorough with information and updates. Highly recommend.

This place is literally a circus, they hire lazy people who don't even care about the kids and call out Excessively with no repercussions, they have it set up to where if your child's BT (technician) have feel a little sick or have even mild covid symptoms like a fever or whatever they prefer that you don't come in. In fact, they encourage you to not come in. So the employees here get Unlimited days off with no repercussion. My kid has missed at least a third of his therapy sessions, because his BT abuses the fact that he can call out as much days as he wants and not be punished or fired for it. Literally, my kid hasn't been able to go for more than a week straight without having them call out because they feel a little fever and they don't even bother getting substitutes, they've called out 4 days this week, he only went Monday, and they haven't bothered to get a substitute. This place is really bad if I could give it 0 stars, I would it's embarrassing, how they're running this place. They don't care about the children.Sadly , there's not much other options for our kids with autism in salem

Centria has been AMAZING for our non-verbal 4 year old son!!! He’s excelling with his PECS board and will be transitioning to an electronic communication device this month. He loves Arielle and she has been so great with him!! She’s reading his body language which has enabled him to do a great job with potty training!!! We love all the staff and are so appreciative of the love and support they provide to our family!!
