I've been a client of VOA Quincy for years and the quality of their clinical service has really gone downhill. They no longer actively prioritize client care like they used to, which was at the time really exceptional.

Horrendous patient care. Went there for medication maintenance followed all their procedures through out the month ie counseling 2 times per week. When it came time to receive my medication that I have been on for 20 years I had a zoom appointment with Dr. Dixon.

I’ve been seeing Ann and Kelly for about two years now. They are very kind and empathetic and go above and beyond to help. They are so easy to talk to and feel more like friends than therapists. Five stars!!

They basically opened up a massive jar of worms in my head and dumped me out to deal with it on my own. Therapist disappeared and wouldn’t return calls/emails. Ended up in crisis and going inpatient as a result.

I was treated with kindness and compassion! I had left VOA a month ago because my wonderful counselor had moved on, and I went to another agency for help , but after 5 weeks I still had no treatment plan and no referrals were made...
