⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Customer Service! I had a great experience at Walmart. I found everything on my list and at affordable prices. I want to give thanks to two amazing employees. Jenny at the customer service desk went above and beyond by patiently guiding me through the Walmart app so I could pay using my new digital Walmart credit card on my phone. She made the process easy and stress-free. Koola, the cashier, was equally wonderful. She packed my groceries so neatly—carefully separating cold and dry items, using double paper bags, and being very patient with me during checkout. Her attention to detail and kindness truly stood out. Overall I’m very satisfied with my visit. THANK YOU, JENNY AND KOOLA—you are both AMAZING! 👏🛒 💙

Wow. The lady that helped me with getting a belt,sox & underwear was so nice. I wish I could remember her name. She was so kind and friendly. Definitely going to go back there for sure. Spent 180$ overall and was in n out 👌 thanks lady 🤙💯🙏❤️👌

Me & my daughter & my granddaughter & her boyfriend we all came here looking for some stuff like swimming trunks 🩳 & tee shirts 🎽 & some other things also like snacks & goodies & some water & a 2 liter of Sprite plus a little more. We were just passing through Burbank but it's been awhile since we have been around this area on our way back to our Hotel so Thank You & ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s

I was worried when I walked in at 9pm on a Friday and there weren’t any carts. The store definitely looked picked through but none of the employees were standing around and they were all far more pleasant than I would have been.

As an Australian visiting the US - the Walmart experience is unlike anything we have down in Oz. It is quite the experience though - people are in the zone and focused on their shopping. Burbank isn't a bad little area - there's a lot of shops around the area and food places.
