Great place! Definitely recommend 100%. My experience has been The best!! My son has been meeting all his goals with the help of Bluesprig My main bcba is Emily and she always goes above and beyond for me and my son. From going to doctors appointments dental appointments, hair cuts at home. They really works with parents and of course kiddos to reach each goal.

I'll start by saying I am uniquely able to review BlueSprig because my daughter is one of their longest standing clients. She started here almost 3 years ago. We have had nothing but positive experiences here. My daughter has made HUGE strides. When she began therapy, she would spend her days staring at a ceiling fan, or poking a vent on the floor. She is now interactive, willingly (I would never force her) makes eye contact, drags you places to show you things, and has become VERY adept at using an AAC device for communication. She can pick up her trash, dry up messes, ask for what she wants, give hugs, kisses, claps, do some movements of "head, shoulders, knees and toes" etc etc. When I went to her IEP meeting, they said they don't know how we did it, but she made HUGE noticeable progress when she went to ABA full days in the summer. They told me NOT to send her to them (school) full time, and to keep her in ABA as long as I can. You know she's made progress when her school can admit they are NOT the best place for her, and another facility made better improvements in her. My daughter is treated like family. The staff have all taken the time to build genuine connections with her. My daughter willingly grabs their hand and goes in the back with them, which is HUGE for her. For a time, my daughter would pull me into the back until I could slip away after an hour or so. I never saw one negative interaction between a staff member and client. Every client was treated with respect and kindness. The staff members I have interacted with are all people that you would want working with your (especially special needs) children. We have Tricare for military members, and they require us to do "family guidance" once or twice a month. The staff has worked with me to schedule it during a time that works for me and my work schedule. Furthermore, they have been accommodating of my child's schedule where she does one full day and four half days a week. They have even downloaded her school schedule so they know if her school schedule is changing, when her breaks are etc. so they can change her schedule around that. For a location that has thirty or so clients, that is HUGE and is a huge weight off of my back, when I already have so much going on. If my call isn't answered, or a email response is delayed, it is because the staff is busy caring for other (or maybe even my) child. We have tried a few different ABA clinics, speech and OT. I do not hesitate to pull her out if she seems unhappy or unsafe. I have NEVER had that feeling with her at BlueSprig. I would recommend them, unequivocally.

I have had a really great experience with Blue Sprig. My son transferred from another ABA center and it’s like night and day between the two. They have great communication, always willing to have meetings with members of his care team at times that are convenient for everyone. However the most important aspect is I feel safe knowing I’m sending my son who is non-verbal to a center that supports him fully and ensures all his needs are met. The staff is amazing with him. He has grown so much in the 8 months he has been attending.
