I cannot recommend this place enough. While no facility is perfect all the time, every concern I’ve ever had, whether on the therapy side or the ABA side, has always been addressed quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. Cole has never made me feel like a burden or like my child or I were an inconvenience. The facility is always as clean and organized as possible, especially with how many children they support daily. From the front desk to every staff member behind the scenes, everyone truly puts their heart into what they do. It’s clear this isn’t “just a job” to them, it’s something they genuinely care about. Cole has been an amazing support system for my child, and I’m grateful for their consistency, compassion, and dedication. My kids look forward to going every day thanks to everyone there. Highly recommend to any family looking for a place that truly cares.

My daughter just started speech therapy at Cole. I could tell right away we were going to be taken care of. I have felt like we have been listened to and feel comfortable bringing up concerns and questions. The therapists have been so good with my daughter, and everyone at Cole has been flexible and accommodating to my hectic work schedule. They are open late which is wonderful! I would recommend them to anyone looking for services of the pediatric therapy kind.

Diana has been incredibly kind, considerate, and thorough while guiding me through the assessment and insurance-authorization process. She made herself available to talk in the evenings—well after normal work hours—to accommodate my crazy work schedule and stayed on top of all my insurance requirements to prevent us from having to pay out of pocket for any services. Diana is a wonderful representative, and her dedication to the kids and families at Cole Academy is unparalleled. Her ability to cut through the administrative red tape made all the difference and allowed Ben to start attending Cole Academy asap. Thank you!! The next person we spoke to at the Cole Academy was Alyssa, the BCBA, who conducted my son Ben’s initial assessment. It went so well that he couldn’t wait for his first day at Cole. Since then, Alyssa and the other RBTs we’ve met have made Ben and me feel so welcomed and supported, and my family and I are excited to see the progress Ben makes in the future.

We love cole pediatric therapy! My son has been going there for at least a year now. He currently does speech only and every week he is so excited to go see Ms. Lauren. When we first started, he barely spoke more than 10 words, now he is speaking sentences. He runs in excited and hates leaving. It’s not always easy to find therapist your kids connect with but it has been so great here. We are 100% comfortable with all of their staff. It’s also super easy to reach them and make appointments. They have always tried their hardest to reschedule any appointments we need as well.

Let me began saying we are so greatful for all the amazing work all the people at Cole Health are doing. From the Receptionist always greeting you as soon as you walk in the door. As well as everyone always cheerful and smiling. My daughter was referred here in March for Speech and OT due to being nonverbal and being a little behind her growing/learning development. When came in for the evaluations we met Ms. lauren and Ms. Carol. Two evaluation, one for OT and another for Speech. They both explained to us how everything was going to go during the evaluation as well as getting some feed back on my daughters everyday routine. Few weeks pass by and we get a call scheduling her speech session and OT. Again super easy they work with our schedules & made sure were able to make it. She comes 2 days for Speech & 2 days for OT. My daughter is 2 years old, she was quiet, nonverbal, wouldnt make eye contact, would like being on her own, she wouldnt care to play with other kids. With only no more then 5 words & when i tell you ms. lauren has taught her so much. She now sings the alphabet, said yes, no and many more. She smiles more. She gets excited to see kids. Ms. Carol taught her how to draw on the whiteboard. She now draws line & learning circles. Grabbing the pencil or marker the right way. Shes always telling her what is next. My daughter would cry everyday because we would brush her teeth and now thanks to ms. Carol we have no problem, she loves it. They help alot with everyday life skills and motor skills and repeating words she hears everyday. They doing amazing work. We are so greatful for all they do for our daughter. My daughter gets excited to see them everytime we come. I love her one on one session. My daughter has come along way these months , we still need some more work but slowly but surely we will get there. Another thing about them is if we cant make it we make sure to call or ask the receptionist to schedule us for a later time if possible or another day. But as well as always communicating with them on anything we see fit. We are more then thankful for Everyone at Cole health. And anyone that ask us we recommend them.
