Honestly they are some rude people they let people stay in a house for years and then after we do everything to help the person in the house and make sure he’s fed and tooken care of they rip it all away from him and promise to do this and that for him but honestly don’t do anything they are very slack and need a new change in employment very unprofessional and lies to keep your money they don’t do anything they say they will and it’s 4+ years they would rather take the disabled peoples money and not care for them one bit

Absolutely useless! Their idea of case management is to do nothing except tell you to call medicaid. No clue of what is offered in the community. If you have a choice, find a different CM provider
