Alice Spence and Horizon Therapy group are as good as it gets. I had the chance to work with a variety of therapists over the years and Alice has far exceeded all others. I found Horizon Therapy Group when I needed it the most! My EAP company (free sessions provided through my work) gave me several different therapist offices to call and only this one returned my call. Although the therapist that was recommended to me wasn’t accepting new patients, she made an exception to see me. It was such a relief to find such a welcoming therapy group! My therapist has helped me overcome some deep rooted childhood issues along with adult trauma and PTSD from having cancer diagnosis. I couldn’t be happier finding Horizon Therapy Group! 💗

She's helped me navigate tough times in my life from illness, relationships with family including spouse and children, loss of loved ones, career changes, and helping with the fear of the unknowns in life. I absolutely love horizon therapy!! I feel incredibly safe and welcome by all members of the Center. The connection I have with my therapist is Phenomenal, she is a perfect fit. i’ve always been comfortable and felt safe sharing both past and present experiences. I have never felt judged or condemned in any session. Instead, she has helped me to understand, except and heal myself. I have learned Invaluable insights& tools to use daily, from her wisdom, guidance, and resources that she shares with me. Patti is an incredible therapist—she’s a compassionate listener, offers helpful resources to work on between visits, and her kindness shines through in every session. I highly recommend her for ADHD support and mental health therapy. The flexibility to meet both in person and virtually has been such a help, and I appreciate having that option. Kelly at the front desk is always kind and polite, making each visit welcoming, and Mandy, the Nurse Practitioner, is fantastic as well.
