It’s great when you don’t have to wait for doctors. Dr.Blake and his staff are well organized. He asked me asked me couple questions and we went straight to procedure. It went smooth, just had some discomfort in the middle - as expected. After the procedure - they have a recovery room, where I stayed for about 15 min - they just want to make sure everything is OK. The only thing I can suggest - call patent the next day after the procedure, to check how patient is doing.

Dr Blake performed a Lumbar Medial Branch Block today 2/3/25. I was surprised how well it went! No anesthesia was administered and it was over with in minutes. The pain was tolerable. I was able to leave his office within 15 minutes . His staff was very helpful, making sure I understood what procedure would be performed ! I have been seen by Dr Blake a few times for other procedures and I have always appreciated his professional manner while providing pain relief. He is a very compassionate Dr with a great bed side manner! I will continue to recommend him to others. Debbie Brockhoff

Dr Blake is exceptional. He not only is great with the needle he is easy going, relaxed and easy to communicate with and interested in me and how I'm feeling. Have been to other pain providers and they don't compare. I was in yesterday for neck and shoulder pain and I'm so much better today - feel like a human who can do things again. I want to compliment Holly too - she is great.

Dr. Blake and his staff were absolutely wonderful and very thorough. He answered all of my questions and came up with a treatment plan to help me. I am looking forward to having him as my doctor. He was very caring and listened to everything I had to say. As busy as I know he is, I never felt rushed. He gave me all the time I needed. Looking forward to seeing him again.

Dr. Blake is an excellent doctor and kind person. I highly recommend him and his wonderful staff. I have been a patient of his for a few years now as I have suffered on and off with low back and hip pain. Dr. Blake has administered a number of injections all with successful results. During my latest visit, it was clear that he fully reviewed my chart in order to address my current concerns. He patiently answered my many questions, and thoroughly explained my MRI/test results. Dr. Blake thoughtfully offered different solutions to manage my pain and help solve my low back/hip issues. Again, I highly recommend him and his wonderful and kind staff.
