I have been a patient of Dr. Sandy Adams for close to 14 years, and have had nothing but positive experiences. She is very kind, understanding, and easy to talk to, not only because its her job, but because she genuinely cares about each of her patients. She has helped me through many, MANY challenging times in my life, and I am forever grateful to have such an amazing friend-therapist, who is also a big inspiration, in my life. If you are looking for an amazing therapist with a great sense of humor, compassion, and eagerness to help, I highly recommend seeing her!

I know not many people want to share reviews with psychologists because of confidentiality. But, I think it's important to share our experience. We have several family members with chronic mental health conditions and have been working within mental health system for more than ten years. Recently relocating to the area, we began working with Dr. Adams a few months ago. As a physician for 20+ years, and consulted with psychiatrists and psychologists, Dr. Adams is the most professional and personable psychologist I have known. She really has made meaningful therapeutic connections with my family and offered interventions that led to outcomes significantly beyond what we have experienced previously. I highly recommend.
