Clinic is super clean and comfortable. Every staff member goes out of their way to help whoever walks through the door. As a parent with a child with adhd, it is very hard to feel safe and comfortable in an environment where you feel like people care, and this is the place. Thank you RR Staff for making us feel welcome and accepted.

I will forever give this place a 5 star rating. I want to start off with giving the people who work the front desk 5-stars. There work never goes unnoticed and I appreciate them for all the things they have done and making sure they communicate with me regarding referrals/insurance information. Second, an even bigger thank you to Mrs.Carrie for always being so great with our son. Words cannot express how grateful we are for her and for the things she continues to do for him! And Bailey for stepping in on the days Mrs.Carrie was unavailable. You both have made a great impact on our son’s speech. As for OT, ALL OF THE occupational therapist at RRCTC are great! We are forever grateful and cannot wait to see what more great things they will continue to do for our son. ABA, there has not been 1 RBT that has had even the slightest attitude. They always are ready to go and have such great energy with the kids, even when walking around and seeing/hearing them interact with all the kids. They are amazing. And one last thank you to Kallie, she has been great. She is so amazing when it comes to communicating next steps for our son in ABA, what concerns I have and incorporating them into ABA. Even if there’s a problem we can’t find a solution for right then and there she always goes above and beyond to make sure she gets an answer and communicates that with us. I always recommend this place to any and everybody! 😊

Could not say more great things about this place! My son was flagged for a speech delay around his first birthday, and after having a bad experience at a different facility, a family friend recommended we try here and it was the best things we could have ever done! I was immediately in touch with Dee one of the managers who immediately made me feel so much better, and assured me she could help evaluate my son and help us better understand what to do next. I was so excited to find a facility that uses play therapy and also lets family and caregivers be apart of the process. The experience in office is next level, all of the staff is patient and kind. Our therapist we specifically worked with Rachel who was just such an angel and again so so patient with my son. He absolutely thrived with her! He is now 2.5 years and no longer delayed, and won't stop talking which I am so thankful for (most days). Cannot recommend them enough - and I recommend them to everyone I can!
