Jenna Abrams was amazing, but the billing office screwed up the billing. After paying my copay of $5 for a session, they ran it through wrong and suddenly charged $20. Jenna Abrams and the receptionist assured me it would be corrected.

If I can give 100 stars I would this place is amazing my started 2 years ago and he wasn’t talking much was having meltdowns after meltdowns wasn’t understanding emotions yes they took forever to get my son in here but it’s worth the wait

New Leaf Therapeutic Center is a blessing for my daughter and myself. She is learning so much being here and so am I. The staff is great 😃👍 and so professional, I am glad at the results my daughter gets being here. Keep up the good work.☺️❤️

I am so grateful that my daughter decided to get help for her son (my grandson) with this company here at New Leaf. My grandson can now ask certain questions, ask for help, talk in sentences, learning his emotions, he shares more an etc. The staff is amazing, answers all our questions and concerns, and gets back with us in a timely manner. I highly recommend New Leaf Therapeutic services to the world because there services are helping my grandson turn over a New leaf in his life, and he loves his Therapists and that alone means everything to us. Seeing is believing and He is getting the help he needs. Get you a Tracy, Amanda, Morgan, Emily, Chandler, Kyla and everyone else that has and is working with him. A New Leaf Therapeutic Services is doing just what they stand for and that is Turning over a New Leaf.

Jenna Abrams was amazing, but the billing office screwed up the billing. After paying my copay of $5 for a session, they ran it through wrong and suddenly charged $20. Jenna Abrams and the receptionist assured me it would be corrected. I have receipts from them stating I have paid in full but for the past two years have received a bill for over $300. I have consistently emailed and called, forwarding their own emails stating I am paid in full, back to them. I talked with Christine nearly 6 months ago and was told I actually overpaid and would be receiving a refund. I am very frustrated and disappointed. I would recommend Jenna Abrams but not their staff. They let mistakes go on for years. 🥳 Update: The issue has been fixed. I truly appreciate the sincere apologies from the parties involved. The issue was due to the billing company, and they apologized for this long saga. I truly recommend Jenna Abrams.

A New Leaf is full of people who really, truly care about the people that they are helping! The have policies and procedures that they absolutely have to follow in order to run BUT they are so, so, SO worth it. The longer we are here with them, the more people I meet, the more we love them. They are incredible people, each and every single one of them. They go above and beyond for your family and children and I can’t believe that so many wonderful people work in one place. This place is truly special and I am forever effected by all the wonderful people there and our experience!

A New Leaf is an incredible resource for the Fayetteville community. I've known one of its co-founders, Mackenzie Toland, for years and know her to be a passionate and highly skilled clinician. She cares deeply for the families that she works with and approaches her work with care and compassion. As a fellow clinician, I've referred several families to her practice and have received nothing but positive feedback.
