**update, someone called me back like a week or two later. Too late, I already made another appointment with a practice that answers their phone. They need to do better. Tried to make an appointment as a new patient here. No one returned my call at either the rochester or shelby location. Came here to make an appointment in person and no one was there. Locked door with a sensor. This needs to be flagged as closed or temporarily closed...whatever's going on.

The most unprofessional office I’ve set foot in, the receptionist forgets how to pick up a phone 99% of the time. My girlfriend needed her prescription refilled and has yet to have because for three weeks now, no one has answered the phone. Please never subject yourself to this god awful place. Go to Rochester Center for Behavioral Medicine. Abaris is the food truck of behavioral health offices.
