Called Achieve Pediatric Therapy on 10/15/25 around 1:30 pm to ask about scheduling a new patient appointment for my son for speech therapy. Spoke with Ariana, who was not only extremely rude, but during the call put me on hold several times for several minutes, did not communicate why I was being placed on hold, and when asked which page on their website shows the insurances accepted, could not inform me. She instead chose to try and get me off the phone as quickly as possible, put me on hold once again, and I was on the phone with a different staff member when the call was answered again. This staff member actually asked me where she could find it on their website, as I had time during the hold to navigate to the correct page. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and obviously oblivious/careless staff members. Would not trust this practice for any of my children's needs in the future.

Achieve is beyond amazing in so many ways! I am so grateful for the smooth experience I had with them. Their communication is excellent and that doesn’t go without saying their therapists. They all are super sweet, kind and patient. You will not be let down!
