Claim your listing!I received a full psychological evaluation from ACP Consultants. I had my initial intake with Dr. Graham and he set me up with a Doctoral candidate for testing and I also met my therapist there as well. She is a wonderful therapist. She has helped me a lot already in short 2 months. The person who did my assessment and gave me my diagnosis - this was the most validating experience I have ever had in my lifetime. She took her time during testing as well as the feedback session and explained the results so I understood them. The results were extremely accurate and the process was very easy. The entire office does their best to accommodate your schedule. I’m very happy here!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Dr is friendly enough, but they push unnecessary tests and their customer service/phones are non existent. I once called to ensure they sent in the pre-approval for a test. It was 9am, they opened at 8 and I couldn't get through until 11.now mind you they are dealing with TBI patients, mentally ill patients, AdHD patients and depressed patients. To not answer the phone for multiple hours while open should be a crime in their line of work. They dont have anywhere for you to pay online and they threaten a lawsuit if you miss a bill that they send to an old address months after cuz insurance adjusted the payment instead of calling you directly or going through a debt collector. Seriously who threatens a lawsuit for 300 bucks and change? You'd spend more on filing fees and lawyer fees. Not to mention they have the phone number of the patient and can call and leave a voicemail and have the email. Again, brain injury patient (who they diagnosed with a nuerological degenerative disorder due to multiole traumatic brain injuries ) with millions of diff doctors and portals and bills and they dont even include a way to mail in payment with their bill or letter, just to threaten a lawsuit if you dont go in to their office or call and give them your CC over the phone. Scheduling an appointment was also a nightmare and took forever. They literally never answer their phone and they dont staff enough to have more than 1 person doing the check ins, answering phones, and paperwork. Amateur level stuff there, not professional at all. As others have mentioned they also billed for psychotherapy session even though they only performed tests (which were also billed). AVOID AT ALL COSTS, unless you want to pay for things you never received amd never be able to get a hold of anyone and receive a nasty letter threatening a lawsuit for what amounts to 30 min of billing time for them (they charge 1000/hr after the first 30 min for testing)

These reviews are absolutely unreal and plain dumb. People really expect to just walk in an office and be “fixed immediately” and then cry about the money they have to spend. I’ve been going for about 7 years and can positively say that going here was one of the greatest impacts of my life. If you truly take the time and put in the work for change this would be the place to do it. Thank you all for these wonderful years. I could truly have not done it without you guys.

I felt Dr. Borgos had a very condescending demeanor. She spoke to me like I was a child and I did not appreciate it. The office is very disorganized. Asking me to change an appointment date that worked with my schedule and then canceling the appointment. Instead of just admitting they didn't want to work the day before Thanksgiving.

So incredibly disappointed with this whole process. Getting started was frustrating having to talk to different people and playing phone tag constantly. I wasn't terribly hopeful during the intake process, neither my son or I clicked with Dr. Bargos during that or the initial testing. After finally getting in for the 3 hour testing, Nick only spent an hour with my son and then I find out during the results appointment that he didn't even complete the testing with my son because he was "upset", which my son says is not true. I allowed Dr. Bargos to go through her findings, where she stated that my son has mild symptoms of ADHD, but does not recommend medications, etc. I informed her that since his evaluation he has gone through med changes and had been diagnosed with another provider and is on appropriate medication and doing much better. At this point she came across as argumentative and I told her I didn't have anything productive to say at this point, which seemed to annoy her further and she was pushing me to give her more information when I had already said what I needed to say. She then accused me of seeking an ASD diagnosis when that is not at all the case, simply because I had expressed that I felt this had been a waste of time. My son was becoming visibly upset at this point and I had had enough, so I ended the video call. Just overall not impressed with ACP and would not recommend.

I gave a 5 star review because my daughter was seeing Kaila Madera as a counselor. She was an incredible help with my daughter. I'm very torn and upset hearing the news my daughter is losing her as a counselor. Autism Care Partners is going to regret losing her. She was a total asset to that company. If I could give a negative star rating for the stupidity of losing such a great and caring person I would. Kaila was the only person who was able to help with my daughter and get my daughter going in the right direction. My daughter felt comfortable with Kaila and is going to be very hurt when the reality of Kaila leaving hits her, I'm afraid my daughter may start going backwards in progress. I am very angry with Autism Care Partners for being so stupid for letting this incredible employee leave. They should do anything and everything to try and keep her.

My twin boys have been receiving services from ACP for a few years now and we are so grateful for all the progress they have made here. ACP staff are amazing! Professional and caring at all times. I fully trust that my boys are in the best hands possible. I truly can’t say enough good things about ACP. They are angels to our family. Highly recommend!

Waited months for an appointment only to have it rescheduled "because other people need appointments too" we were told by the receptionist. Once our appointment actually occurred it was communicated it would be done in person. After driving 45 minutes to the office we were informed it was a virtual meeting and would we mind talking to the doctor in our car on the phone. Or reschedule for who knows when. Our son did his best, but it is an absurdly difficult way to discuss issues with a child. Once it became time for the doctor to review her findings with us, she showed up to the meeting having not prepared at all and totally unable to discuss our case. We reluctantly agreed to a zoom meeting at 8:00 p.m. on a Sunday. When we finally had the meeting it felt as though it was held by an attorney in a courtroom. Never outside of an adversarial lawsuit have I ever felt that way by a professional. Between hyper defensiveness and aggression over the discussion of the case, It was difficult to separate subjective fact from objective standards. It felt like the discussion we had was simply a form with our child's name filled in. There was nothing personal about the process whatsoever. The one excption being the social worker who actually interacted with my son in person was very kind and helpful with his process. However the doctor and everyone else we dealt with we're not helpful in the least I really wish I didn't put my son through this process at this office.
