We absolutely loved our experience with Action Behavior Centers – South Oakdale. The entire staff was outstanding from day one. Kristin, our BCBA, was phenomenal—truly dedicated, knowledgeable, and caring. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and welcoming. The large sensory gym is incredible and quickly became one of our son’s favorite places. We noticed an almost immediate positive change in him after starting the program. What meant the most to us was how deeply the team got to know our son. They were so caring and intentional, even creating artwork of his favorite character (Sonic!) to help him feel comfortable and understood. They supported not just him, but us as parents, every step of the way. We are eternally grateful for everything they’ve done. Our son is now thriving in kindergarten, and we attribute so much of his success to Action Behavior Centers and the wonderful people there. Highly recommend! 💙

Love Action Behavior Centers, my daughter has developed so many skills at this center and the staff and BCBAs are wonderful and kind. Couldn't have asked for a better BCBA (Morgan). One on one meetings with parents every 2 weeks helps keep you in the loop and gives you peace of mind. Grace, the front desk representative is also very friendly!

We love Action Behavior Centers in North Aurora! Our son’s BCBA, Morgan, is truly wonderful. We meet every two weeks to go over his goals and progress, whether it’s working on eating, diaper changes, or specific behaviors. She takes the time to help us help him, which has been such an important part of his development. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and caring. You can really tell they love and value the kids they work with, which makes it so much easier to leave your child in their care. We also love the daily reports they send, complete with details on water intake, meals, diaper changes, nap times, activities, and even pictures. We’re so grateful to have found a place where our son is supported, understood, and thriving. Highly recommend Action Behavior Centers to any family looking for compassionate, professional care!

Action Behavior Centers have been amazing for our family! The team has worked so patiently and consistently with my son, and we’ve seen incredible progress — especially with helping him get rid of his spitting behavior. The therapists are kind, understanding, and truly care about every child’s growth. We’re so thankful for their dedication and support. One suggestion — it would be really helpful if ABC could add a transportation option, similar to what community special services offer. That would make it even easier for families to access the great care they provide. Highly recommend ABC to any parent looking for real, positive changes in their child’s behavior and confidence!

Action behavior centers is a very good school for kids on the spectrum. The front desk especially Abby are very nice. The entire staff of ABC Preston hollow are very nice, empathetic and supportive of we the parents and kids and I really appreciate the impact they have had on our 2 kids.

Action Behavior Centers has been such a positive place for my brother! Since starting ABA therapy here, we’ve seen so much growth in his skills and improvements in his behavior. The therapists are patient and supportive, and it’s clear they truly care about their clients. The environment is very calming and feels so safe. But what really stands out the most is the front desk satff! I think their name is Jessy? They are absolutely the best! From the moment we walk in, they’re warm, professional, and were ready to help with anything we needed. They answered my mom’s millions of questions and really put us at ease. We are so grateful for everything this center has done for my brother and our family. Highly recommend Action Behavior Centers!

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is absolutely the right choice! The progress and development my son has made in such a short period of time has been the most exciting experience for our family. The staff is caring, professional, and truly dedicated to helping children succeed. They go above and beyond to create a supportive environment where kids can thrive.
