I went through this company about 12 yrs ago with my eldest and went there presently with my youngest. Professional and high quality evaluation given. The process looks different now but was able to navigate it eventually and am thankful for the services they provide.

Margarita P should be FIRED from this place, Numerous times I was told “ I am a mandated reporter “ she had asked me if CPS was ever involved in my sons life and I expressed that there was a case on his father for abuse a YEAR ago. The case was investigated and unfounded yet she took it upon herself to call CPS and make the report AGAIN as if it happened yesterday. I spoke with CPS and there is 4 active cases that she has called about for the same thing. This is disgusting behavior mandated reporter or not! Especially when she stated she was calling to VERIFY what I told her. It’s sad when a CPS worker tells you not to tell these people in this office any personal information!! I will be contacting the higher up’s. She should not be working here!

This place is horrible, they spent not even an hour with my son and decided to label him with Level 3 autism, said hes not verbal doesn’t follow social cues etc. That is definitely not the case. We got the eval when he was 3 and is 4 now. He can read, he is VERY social and talkative and theres more words in his vocabulary than any average 4 year old. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE THEY WILL MISLABEL THEM.

Highly recommend this place for evaluation and treatment for autistic children! My son was diagnosed with autism April 2023. He started Little Grasshopper's ABA therapy in May 2023. He has showed major improvement in social skills and readying him for school. He just graduated Little Grasshopper's couple weeks ago and has recently started kindergarten. The transition went smoothly thanks to the work of the wonderful staff here. I couldn't be happier with the success of my child!! Thank you so much AAPSA 😁

Adults should be aware this practice does not seem to either intend to work with you or have the capability of it. They seem to look at a personality test and use that for most if not all of their diagnostics. Attempting to get my own paperwork/results was impossible as they didn’t return phone calls, staff executing the phone calls weren’t fully trained or knowledgeable yet, or didn’t reach out to my approved providers. After a nearly two year wait (and threatening emails about losing my appointment that ignored my preferred contact method), and a significant charge, I sat thru a single hour long assessment with an intern and was mostly facing a computer with my back to the intern. No interviews with the people in my life. Generally seems like this practice wants to focus on working with their children patients - in which case they need to make that clear instead of giving false hope and extensive timelines for adults already struggling in some way.

It took my daughter a year to finally get in here but I have to say that since we started therapy on a weekly basis, she has grown by leaps and bounds! The staff here is very understanding and kind as well. Highly recommend these services for any child who's struggling. Don't wait! Get your child on the waiting list now if they need help.
