I have been in talks with the Administratiib trying to receive services for my daughter for over 6 months. All you get is the run around, lied to and ignored. Very unprofessional business!!!

They promise premium Autism services and follow through with nothing. Waited months for a tech, 3-4 techs we're in "training" never made it to the front door. Finally found a tech, not the hours or days I requested. Went from 24 hours a week to 18 hours a week, then quit. Months later another tech, again the hours I was told I'll accept lasted 2 months and quit. BCBA doesn't offer "parent training" but does offer parent belittling, leaves bruises on my child, writes up "incident reports" that aren't truthful. Owner claims he'll look into, never does. Requested a mix of center and in home therapy, never saw the center once in 6 months. Finally get speech therapy after waiting 6 months and being on a "waiting list", 1 speech session and the company drops my child from the program. I've never worked with a more incompetent company with little to no communication. Thank you so very much Solomon, Nadaisy, and Jessica for absolutely nothing.
