Advanced Autism Center for Treatment

This experience happened about three years ago, but I still feel it’s important to share. We had just moved and signed my son up for ABA so he wouldn’t have a gap in services. We completed all the paperwork and waited months for an evaluation. After the evaluation, the clinician told us they do not accept children over the age of 9–10, and my son was 9 at the time. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If there is an age cutoff, it should be clearly stated from the beginning. There was no reason to put our family through months of waiting and a full evaluation only to turn our child away afterward. We were then told he would be “better off” with in-home ABA, which felt dismissive after everything we went through. For families with children over 8, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere, as they do not accept children past age 9. At the time, they also did not have in-home services available, and our experience with the front desk staff was unpleasant and unprofessional.

This place is life changing and a dream come true. The staff, teachers, RBT's, BCBA's, and everyone else is top notch. If you want a place that truly cares about your child and their development, this is the place. Every child gets one-on-one teaching and a developmental program designed for their specific needs. I can't say enough about ABC. Thank you. Thank you all very much.

My son has been going to ABC for over a year!!! And he has progressed greatly! He has even made friends and is always excited for session. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate the needs of my son and family! All his therapists have been amazing! And I couldn’t ask for a more better team! Thank you so much Action Behavior Center! Your company has been truly amazing!!!!

Where do I even begin... We are about 2 years into my son, Bryson's journey at ABA and this review is long overdue! My Mom actually stumbled across ABA when I was touring places/doing research on next steps after our son's diagnosis and I am forever grateful that we found ABA! From the very beginning until now, it has completely changed my son's life and ours! My son was not talking, had behavioral issues and was delayed in almost everything as a 2 year old. He is now this independent 4 year old who never stops talking and has overcome so many obstacles and challenges. We are now getting ready to transition him out of ABA and into Pre-K + enrolling him in Kindergarten in this year which is so exciting! The whole Team at ABA is incredible from Monica at the front desk to his Team of RBT's over the last 2 years (Ty, Elaine, Bailey, Joey, Teagan + many others) & of course a very special shoutout to Ria! Ria and her team have played such a special role in Bryson's journey and I cannot say enough amazing things about ABA and all of the wonderful individuals who work here!

ABC is the absolute best! If you are looking into ABA this is THE place to send your child. Everyone there has a genuine interest in each kid's success. My daughter has made so much progress in the 6 months she's been going there. She can't wait to go every morning. If you have any reservations about doing ABA therapy I highly recommend contacting them. They were so helpful with putting any fears I had to rest and they keep you informed of everything they are working on. I love knowing my daughter is well cared for during her therapy.
