We love Agape! My daughter Maggie has been coming here for over a year. Every staff member is so great. We see Nicole and Sarah for speech and Rachel and Hailey for OT. Everyone is so great with Maggie and helpful when I have questions or need extra help with Maggie's device. Maggie loves everyone here including the front desk staff. But her best friend is Hailey! The quality of care we get here is unmatched and is a blessing here in the Tri Cities. Thanks Agape!

My 6 year old son has been seeing Ms. Ana for OT and Kristina for PT for multiple months. Ms. Ana does an excellent job connecting with my son and helping him make progress. Kristina has done a great job meeting my son where he is at. Her pragmatic, positive approach has resulted in a course of care that my son is able to follow and see improvement through. Bonus: Friendly and competent office staff as well!

Agape is amazing. My children were both in occupational therapy with kelsey and have recently graduated. My kids have grown leaps and bounds with her. My daughter also she's Julia for speech and feeding therapy and has come along way. Everyone here from the front desk to therapists to back office are friendly and greet you with a warm welcoming smile. They truly care about what they do and helping children.

Warning to Parents: Do Not Send Your Child Here This behavior therapy center is not equipped to support children who exhibit “challenging” behaviors—ironically, the very children they claim to serve. They will discharge your child for displaying the exact behaviors they are supposed to help manage. Many of the staff working with special needs children lack the proper training and experience. Instead of being educated on how to effectively support and de-escalate a child, they often place blame on the child for having “too big” of a behavior. Rather than providing meaningful support, the center may push for medication as a quick fix, simply to avoid dealing with behavioral challenges. Even upper management shows little concern for the well-being of your child. Instead of investing in proper staff training or support strategies, they prefer to remove children from services entirely, just to avoid the “inconvenience” of addressing their needs. If you’re looking for a place that truly understands and supports special needs children, this is not it.

When we first contacted ABS Kids, they seemed very professional. The intake process was quick, and they carefully assessed our daughter’s needs to start therapy. I was impressed by their professionalism and the benefits specialist who helped us understand our insurance and set up what sounded like an easy monthly payment plan. This gave me hope and confidence to move forward. We began therapy last year, and the first two months were wonderful. Our daughter loved the therapists, and progress was noticeable. Our BCBA has been very helpful throughout, and we currently have an afternoon technician who is registered, has been with the company for a while, and seems very dedicated. However, after those initial months, things became inconsistent. One tech left with short notice, and then we had several unregistered technicians filling in after just about three weeks of training. These technicians frequently canceled sessions, sometimes two to three days a week, which meant our daughter missed many therapy hours. Consistency is crucial, and unfortunately, it felt like ABS Kids prioritizes filling hours over providing quality, stable care. The cancellations continued despite raising concerns, with reasons ranging from graduations to car troubles and meetings. It seemed management wasn’t addressing the issue firmly, leading to ongoing instability. This inconsistency has been stressful and has impacted our daughter’s progress and trust. The billing process has also been confusing. Although we were told about a simple monthly payment, the bills often cover multiple months or different session times, making it difficult to budget. Despite mentioning this, we have yet to receive clear explanations, which feels unprofessional. Overall, we are giving ABS Kids three stars because of the helpfulness of our BCBA and our current afternoon tech. But we’re disappointed by the frequent cancellations and confusing billing. Parents should be aware and ask detailed questions before starting in-home services, as the quality of care depends heavily on which technician you get. It’s Not Just About Filling Hours, Our Child’s Progress Depends on Educated, Dedicated Staff. And That’s Been Largely Inconsistent. I hope this helps parents to ask more questions.

My daughter love this place! She was diagnosed with Autism one year ago and started her ABA therapy at ABS in October last year. Looks like it is a nice place. I have been facing a lot of changes and substitutions on therapists who works with my daughter and supervisors, so we did not have a really good consistency on her therapy yet. But over all everybody is nice and place is great!!

Our son has been going to ABS Kids for a little over a year now and what a difference! It has helped a lot with behaviors, transitions, forming friendships, and working through his speech apraxia. They also have speech therapy that comes right to the center to make it easier and allows it to be more collaborative to meet his goals. We love ABS Kids and his therapists Janice, Jenna, and Amy!

I absolutely love ABS Kids!!! My daughter has made leaps and bounds since starting a couple years ago. I love the staff, they are all amazing! I would recommend to anyone with an autistic child. I know it’s really hard, but they make it easier.
