Staff are friendly and Dr. Morris helped me understand myself in ways I hadn’t before, offering insight and clarity that made a real difference in how I view my situation. I felt heard, supported, and guided with compassion and professionalism. I’m grateful for the tools and perspective I gained from him.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. We sent our 2 boys here one is 7 and one is 9, for guidance and for someone to talk to as we blend our families. By the 3rd session the counselor, Andrea, called CPS on our family. We thought this was a safe space for our children and it was NOT. This whole experience has been traumatic and has further emotionally damaged our family in terms of never waning to speak to a counselor again. HIGHLY recommend finding somewhere else to take your children. The counselor at this facility CANNOT be trusted. When speaking with children they need to hire trained professionals that can see when a child is telling stories for attention and stretching the truth. This is why we take our kids to get counseling, to get help, not to be thrown to a government agency after speaking with them for 3 hours. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN here, especially if they have you set up for sessions with Andrea.

From start to finish the experience was awesome. No matter where you go here lately there is a wait and we had no problem with that as long as our son got the help he needed. We have been to multiple and hands down Agape was the best and most efficient. They kept us informed with multiple reminders and each time the receptionist made us feel welcomed. The therapist and Dr. were awesome with our son and showed exceptional professionalism. I would recommend this place to anyone.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Doctor Edward Morris took 2 months to write an evaluation for my son that was only supposed to take 2 weeks. Now it has taken him almost a month to fill out paperwork so that my son can attend the therapy that he recommend my son take. He lied saying that we needed an extra appointment for “review”. This was two weeks after I was upset that I did not have the written evaluation with a diagnosis from him that he said he would be sending me. He is unprofessional. Everyone in the office tells me he is “out of the office”, “they haven’t seen him” and that I cannot be connected to his voicemail. I am beyond angry that he is delaying therapy that my son needs. I would never recommend this place.

His approach was very off putting, evasive and blank. HIs first comment when we walked into the office was inappropriate. "Oh so I get two for one". Did not know anything about this appointment that was previously scheduled a month ago. Indicated that he had read the notation on the chart but it was clear he didn't read Dr. Horton's notes and recommendations. He made this visit very uncomfortable and I was accompanying a family member for assistance and she told me that she didn't feel comfortable being alone with him in a room. I totally agree with her. I'm not certain if he had an off day or what but he was unprofessional. After we left out of the room, we went back up front to the two clerks and they were more courteous, attentive and more professional than Dr. Morris.
