The front desk staff at check in and check out were very pleasant and ensured I understood the process, and estimated wait times as far as prior authorization from insurance. Wallace Coleman was a joy to speak with as well!! Thankful I gave this place a try.

The front desk associates have HORRIBLE attitudes. EVERY time I call to make an appointment. After my upcoming appointment I will be asking for my records.I am elsewhere privately. I do not even want a referral from them !!I should report them to state medical board. - soon to be ex- participate. Tabou' Borden

This review has been a long time coming! My son is 6 years old and was diagnosed with level III autism (requiring substantial support) at 3 years old. He is nonverbal with limited communication abilities. We had been on multiple wait lists for ABA until we found ABC. I can speak for the Hampden location as being quite literally the reason my son is thriving! He went into ABC with minimal functional communication, and now he is routinely using his communication device (his AAC) with confidence. His self injurious and challenging behavior has been reduced to a minimal. Quite honestly, I was feeling somewhat hopeless before I found them. Now we have been given the template for the start of a meaningful life for my kid. The progress he has made has opened up so many opportunities for him. Specifically, my son’s BCBA, Mrs Jennifer Smith, has been critical in his development and even more importantly, MY development as a parent of an autistic child. I feel much more prepared on a daily basis for the challenges I may face with behaviors. This review is in hopes to help reach other children that may have parents who are reluctant about ABA therapy. I trust the staff with my whole heart to do what is best and help my son and I succeed. Even more importantly - my son LOVES coming to ABA at ABC. I struggled with daycare, initially, as the ratios were too large for my special needs kiddo prior to his approval for ABA services. He disliked going to daycare, so much so that when we pass by his original daycare, he still cries with distress. However, we pull into ABC, Hugo’s eyes light up. He is overjoyed to arrive, and it gives him purpose and fulfillment because these people “speak his language.” Hugo still has a long way to go, but I’m hopeful that with continued therapy (at ABC), he has so much room for growth and improvement. Thank you for all you do every day, ABC, and even more specifically - Mrs Jennifer, Sarah, Meghan, Amanda, DaShaun, Tom, Emily, Aubrey, Kristen, and everyone else who helps Hugo on a regular basis! We are indebted and will continue to sing your praises.

The staff is amazing. They really care about the kiddos. I love that they make you feel comfortable. No question is too silly. They allow you to tour the facility and meet some of the teachers. They provide by monthly updates on progress As well as improvements needed when working with your kiddo. So thankful we found this place.

My daughter has overcome so many challenges because of ABC and we are excited to see what is coming next for my daughter in this next year. Action Behavior Center is hands down the best decision we have ever made for our son! In a matter of weeks we saw huge improvement and now he’s been there for almost four months and the progress has been astronomical! The staff is absolutely incredible! Everyone knows our child by name and makes him feel welcome and wanted every day! We’re so grateful and lucky our son has a BCBA and RBTs that are more than therapists, they are family. We could not recommend this facility enough as they have changed our lives for the better! Words will never explain the length of appreciation and gratitude we have for everyone there!

My son has been going here for 2 months now. He ABSOLUTELY loves this place!! He’s thriving and is very excited to go every day. The staff here are so patient and kind to him and he has made leaps and bounds in his vocal and listening skills since starting. I was hesitant to send my kiddo to an ABA center, but the staff here has been wonderful; the staff really takes the time to learn how your child functions and how to cater to them. We had originally went to a wonderful private preschool in the past, but my son wasn’t able to learn like he does here. I eventually realized he needed more speciality care and to be in an environment where he got more attention and could receive more school readiness skills.
