This place is just an insurance scam in nice clothes who prays on parents of children with special needs but does not provide quality service. Avoid at all costs. We had an overall terrible experience. The first in-home therapy aid they provided wanted to talk to me about her marijuana habit. She was unreliable and called in “sick” more often than she showed up. The next aid they sent was nice but didn’t really know what he was doing. He spent the entire session on the phone with someone else who told him what to say and do - so he was basically a puppet. I asked multiple times for them to focus on the safety concerns I had for my child - not running out the door, not opening the stove, not climbing on things he should not, etc. However, all I really ever saw them work on were naming animals and emotions that were presented on some flash cards. After 5 months of not being approached for payment beyond my insurance (never once was I asked for a copayment or any other type of payment), they hit me with a bill for over $500 and demanded it be paid in full with no room for negotiation.

If you are looking for quality ABA services then this is your place!! Brian and his team are exceptional and go above and beyond for your child. My son was with them in their Texas location for five years and made amazing progress!
