American Behavioral Solutions (ABS) is a wonderful place for kids getting ABA therapy! The staff is really kind and helpful, and they work together as a team to help each child learn and grow. The bosses at ABS are super supportive, so everyone feels happy and wants to do their best. Most importantly, ABS really cares about the kids and works with families to make sure each child gets exactly what they need. It's amazing to see how much the kids improve! If you want a place that's caring, positive, and focused on helping kids succeed, ABS is a great choice.

I am so happy and satisfied that my daughter and my family belong to this agency. From the first day we arrived, they were very kind to us and made us feel comfortable. I felt at ease putting my daughter in their hands. The therapists are very professional, both at the center where my daughter receives therapy and at home. My daughter receives therapy two days a week at home, and I love seeing how they work with her. Not to mention the positive changes my daughter has experienced since starting therapy. The staff also cares about us parents, offering parent training every month and making us realize that we are not alone with our autistic children. I sincerely thank all the staff for all the work they do, and my greatest satisfaction is seeing my daughter calm, happy, and, best of all, achieving her small milestones every day. I 100% recommend this agency. Thank you so much for everything!

Here at American Behavioral Solution, my family have had an outstanding experience! From day one, the staff has been incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The therapists are not only well-trained in ABA techniques but also genuinely care about the progress and well-being of the children they work with. We've seen significant improvements in communication, behavior, and daily living skills of our son. The team works closely with us to create individualized goals and always keeps us updated on progress. They are professional, reliable, and truly dedicated to making a positive difference. I highly recommend American Behavioral Solution to any family looking for high-quality ABA therapy. Their commitment to each child's success is unmatched! The management team at American Behavioral Solution has been exceptional. From the very beginning, they’ve demonstrated clear communication, transparency, and a strong commitment to both the families they serve and the staff they lead. Scheduling is well-organized, concerns are addressed promptly, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure services are delivered smoothly and effectively. What really stands out is how approachable and supportive the management team is. They’re always available to answer questions, adjust care plans when needed, and make sure therapists are well-matched with clients. It’s clear they prioritize quality care and truly value the well-being of each child and family involved. Highly recommend this agency not just for their amazing therapists, but for the strong leadership behind the scenes that makes everything work so well.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS AGENCY As the mother of a child with autism, I feel deeply frustrated and disappointed with the management of ABS. My son received therapy with this agency for two years, and I want to make it very clear that I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the RBT who worked with him: she was dedicated, committed, and earned my son's trust, which is not easy to achieve with a child on the autism spectrum. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the management of ABS. Every time my son managed to settle into a routine—whether at home, at the therapy center, or at school—the agency would decide to make staff changes, replacing therapists without prior notice or clinical justification. These changes did not respond to my son's needs but were purely administrative decisions that severely impacted his progress and emotional stability. Each unexpected change was a setback, a destabilization that took weeks or even months of work to recover from. The agency did not know—or want—to prioritize what is best for my son. They don't work with products; they work with people. With children. With vulnerable children who need stability more than anything. For this reason, I made the difficult decision to discontinue ABA therapy with ABS. I can no longer expose my son to a system that doesn't protect his emotional well-being or respect his process. It's devastating as a mother to feel that those who should be supporting you on this complex journey end up hindering it with soulless administrative decisions lacking clinical judgment. I hope this agency understands that clinical work cannot be subject to office decisions. And that the commitment must be to the child's well-being, not to the system's convenience. A bewildered, distressed, and very disappointed mother.
