I want to update my experience at applied ABC. I might say it was a roller coaster in the beginning. But now I can honestly say I’m so happy that I still have my son attending at the center in the Bronx. I want to give a special thanks to my son’s case manager, Ms. Stephanie Ramos.

Re: Home therapy We were very unlucky in terms of getting a proper therapist. Last year, my son did not get almost any therapy at all because his original therapist became sick and was absent for almost 3 months. We could not find any capable therapists nor anyone with potential after that.

In spite of ending work with this company years ago, they continue to send us bills. I’ve never experienced a more disorganized business, and would advise avoiding them. We opted to end working with them due to their staff’s inability to get along with our child’s nanny. They created stress in our home, and every time I get yet another bill from them because they cannot manage their accounts, it is a reminder of that awful experience.

The behavior analyst did assessment on my daughter by asking me questions only . It’s was really unprofessional. The behavior specialist was disturbed for the fact that I was asking questions he ended my session suddenly . He drove me outside by saying that he had another appointment. I knew that something wasn’t right I came back. I saw a staff holding a child clothes to calm him down. The staff are not proper trained. I believe there is some technique to redirect a child without holding his clothes . Parent should check their children in that center

My son started getting therapy from Applied ABC two years ago and the difference it has made in his behaviors and personal growth is amazing. We started with therapy at home, but then joined the Maryland Center as soon as it opened. The level of care and attention offered by the providers at the center has been beyond my expectations. My son is always excited to go to the center to play and learn with his friends, especially his 1-on-1 therapist. I never imagined he would enjoy therapy as much as he does. It has really helped him with practicing skills at home and being excited for each new skill he learns.

This company does NOT care about the well being of your children! They laugh and make jokes about their "clients", which sucks because you'd think this would be a safe place.. the workers are extremely unprofessional. its clear that they do not have a passion for their job. NOT TO MENTION, many people run in and out of this facility, meaning random people who do NOT have a child there themselves, so who's to say your child is safe and protected?! EVERYONE IN THERE HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE. I would NOT trust these people with your kids!!!
