Arbor Psychology Group of Royal Oak was amazing. They were able to get my son in for an evaluation quickly and the turn-around for the results exceeded my expectations. The doctor that evaluated my son was well educated, knowledgeable, and patient with my son. Given the testing that was completed, we were able to take the report to his school and allow school personnel to truly help my son with what type of accommodations he needed. Thank you Arbor Group

As a school based clinician, I find huge benefit in referring children to Megan Kirby. Megan treats the whole child and utilizes a strengths based approach. Her knowledge of 504 plans and IEPs in the educational setting make her an asset to parents who want their child to have support both at school and in the home environment.

They don't help people over 18 like most places so of course I feel very bummed about it. So happy the lady on the phone was rushing me off the call. I'm so sorry that me venting about constantly getting turned away for like 5 seconds inconvenienced you. Maybe don't work in a field that can't serve the people it should be serving if you can't handle the constant frustration when you're unable to help people. Looking at the reviews my comment will probably be deleted but whatever. This system is built so that people suffer if they don't have money. So sorry that was annoying y'all.

Akoya is a wonderful place, with wonderful staff. They offer in home and in center therapy in 2 locations, Farmington and Southfield. Everyone is truly involved in your child's care and has your best interest at heart including the founders of the company.
