I see Ebony Cross for medication management. She really listened to me and made sure my meds were right. The front desk staff is super friendly and and scheduling was easy. I felt like they cared. Definitely recommend!

My therapist is amazing. I love her so much. The reason I am giving 1 star is because of the front desk staff. They are so rude and unprofessional. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for 2 weeks now and no one has called me back. I have left multiple voicemails and nothing.

It’s taken over two weeks to get a refill approved on my prescriptions. Still haven’t heard back despite calling nearly every day. The best that they can offer is “I’ll follow up” and then you don’t hear anything. So frustrating.
