I’ve had such a positive experience with Arizona Autism and especially with my HCBS team member, Flori. She is caring, dependable, and truly dedicated to supporting both the clients and families she works with. Flori goes above and beyond to make sure every session is meaningful, engaging, and focused on the individual’s needs. Her patience and positive attitude make such a difference — you can tell she genuinely cares about helping her clients grow and succeed.

This place is amazing! I have seen tremendous progress and the ABA therapist Diamond in particular has done a fantastic job and is so professional and concise. We have tried a couple of ABA therapist at this place but the one that sticks out the most is Diamond she has been tremendously helpful and really understanding with my daughter. I have seen tremendous improvements in behaviors and her school is seeingit too. For parents that need hope check out this place and see if Diamond is a good fit for your child.

Our kids have made noticeable improvements in communication, social skills, and daily routines thanks to the structured yet flexible approach they offer. They also take the time to include and educate families to help you and make you feel more confident and supported in your parenting journey.

The speech therapist Rebeca was the worst experience of our life! We waited almost 4 months for a speech therapist and once she was assigned, she called out on her 2nd session and continued to miss sessions not even a month in. So unprofessional and disappointing because they don’t care about the child’s needs. This is a very important age where they can have a significant change to their future if they receive the help and support they need but what do they care! When I expressed my concerns, she said “I’ll ask for a therapist replacement “ like if my son has 4 more months to waste! They don’t care.

My child has a good provider from this agency but he is independent contractor so I am not referring to provider. I got lucky to get one good provider from this agency. The rest of providers sleep when they are supposed to be working and clock in at other locations. When they get caught doing this they retaliate and say you do things and cause you problems. The agency doesn't seem to care and thinks it should be worked out. If you have a disabled loved one, stay far away from these people. They are in it for money, not to care for your loved one or for you.
