The entire staff is amazing!! My child was basically non speaking when he started and he absolutely blossomed. They really care about your child as a person and they are just as excited about the progress as you are!! They have truly been a lifeline of information and support while we navigate autism as a family.

The OM at this location has managed to do something that I really have never seen before. She has cultivated an environment where the children, the parents and the staff are all happy. I can hardly believe it’s been a year since my daughter started at ABC! Before receiving her Autism diagnosis, I felt overwhelmed and desperate for help. The constant tantrums and sensory challenges made me feel like I was failing as a new mom. However, everything changed when I took a tour of ABC. From the moment I walked in, I felt seen, heard, and filled with hope. It was a tough decision to leave her daycare, where she had been since she was just six weeks old, but I knew enrolling her at ABC was the right move—and I haven’t regretted it for a moment! The transformation has been incredible. We’ve seen a tremendous decrease in negative behaviors, and now my daughter truly thrives. She looks forward to “school” every day, which warms my heart. I’m especially grateful for the parent guidance meetings with Christina and Nathan. They’ve equipped me with a deeper understanding of autism, my daughter’s unique challenges, and practical tools for handling various situations. This ABC location has been AMAZING! The therapists and staff go above and beyond to make our entire family feel comfortable and encouraged about our daughters progress. They are fun, high energy, and compassionate. The ABC business model seems to keep the employees happy and motivated to be great at what they do.

As a mother to two very different autistic children, it’s always my goal to make sure they both benefit from services at a similar location. We have had absolutely no problems with that here at ABC. Both boys have individualized support and goals, and are currently thriving. The immediate impact the office staff had on my husband and I was overwhelming. I’ve been the back and forth messenger for doctors offices and insurance for years, yet here that was all taken care of for me by Jesse. Jessica, the office manager, has made the process for us to start at ABC very easy. With ABA’s past, I was hesitant. But after seeing what ABC offers and how much ABA has changed in the last few years, we were blown away at the tour. My kids are so much happier than they were in a school setting. They’re receiving one on one support here with individualized support to build important skills. I’m extremely grateful.

Five stars to the amazing staff of dedicated professionals at ABC Leon Springs. Since the centers’ opening in March, we have felt the complete love and compassion from each team member and we cannot be more thrilled with the progressions our little boy has achieved! Our bi-weekly family guidance meetings are conducted by BCBA Clinical Director, Sierra Matthews. Sierra has a wealth of experience in behavioral analysis, she listens to our concerns and creates a plan of alignment for the Center and our at-home routine — we thank you Sierra for helping us better understand and manage our routine. During morning drop-off, kiddos can always expect to be greeted with a radiant smile from both office manager Falisha Villanueva and CAA Jessy Camacho-Marshall. They are the first point of contact with parents, and wear multiple hats from juggling the Center needs, scheduling, insurance verification, etc. Their drive & hard work never goes unnoticed and we thank you for always sharing the status regarding our little boy! Finally to the wonderful group of RBTs led by incoming BCBA, Kristen Macias— the true heroes of the Center who pour countless hours into each kiddo with hands-on, 1-on-1 learning. Our little boy can better communicate with us because of ABA therapy and we are forever grateful for your support.
