I did not feel this was a good place to bring my Son. On two separate occasions he came home with big bruises on his head and rug burns from the BHT people running and chasing him around. He came home with out eating a snack because I did not have a proper lunch box. It seemed very off that I came to pick him up early and he was in the bathroom room "closet" area with another child and four adults inside. I don't know how is would require that many people to change a diaper. He ran out of the room crying. This alarmed me because my son is non-verbal and the few words he does say when I asked how was school he said "Bad". The professionals there made me feel inadequate and irrelevant when it came to concerns about my son. I would not recommend this place. He also sustained a bite mark on his arm from another peer that broke through his skin. As a mom I trusted my instincts and signed him out. Too many red flags! Wanted to confirm to increase hours like he was some client instead of a child that needed resources 😕 was so fixated on his insurance and signing off on his daily hourly sheet instead of communication with me. I did not have a good experience here. My honest opinion on the therapy that they provided.

My son has been going here for a year and I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service and care my child has received. The entire team, from the administrators to the therapists, have been outstanding in their professionalism, expertise, and compassion. The therapists are knowledgeable, patient, and kind, and have created a safe and supportive environment that has allowed my child to flourish. The center's emphasis on individualized care and continuous communication with parents is impressive, and I always feel informed and involved in my child's progress.
